I found Sam appliance and repair services on Google. I was able to schedule same day repair and they followed the timeframe they set. The technician was professional and efficient. My washer which I have not serviced in 9 years was repaired in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service 👏

I'm giving Sams Appliances and Repair five stars because I'm very satisfied with finished work, and impressed with his mobile "parts supply" trailer, and customer service skills and the hard work performed by his son Sergio. They are a great team! I called and we set up an appointment for the same day. Sam and Sergio called within 20 minutes of their arrival and when they got here they were both friendly, professional and were eager to fix my washer/dryer combo. They took the time to explain what needed to be fixed, how much it would cost, approximately how long it might take and instructions for better performance of unit that I did not even realize. I joked with them and told them they should print out instruction cards for appliances they work on! I also thought I would have to wait for a part to be ordered, but in fact while they worked Sam ran out to his mobile trailer and brought the part back the dryer needed. I was elated. However, that evening the dryer was working fine then I noticed water coming from washing machine. As it turned out I was responsible for that because I possibly overloaded the unit. When I called Sam to come back and check it he told me he was going on vacation but his son Sergio could check on it. We'll they both came back no charge, courteous, still professional and let me know what I did wrong. So you see I believe they deserve possibly more than 5 stars. I will call on them again when I need appliances and/or repairs. Ruth Marie

Had a problem with my fridge yesterday, called couple of numbers on google no one answered, only person that answered my call was Sam. I was only in town for one day and i asked him for same day service and he made it. Came, found the problem, fixed it and the price was very reasonable . Thank you Sam, i am your costumer for a life

Sam came out and correctly diagnosed and installed a replacement dishwasher. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. These traits are hard to come by and he is my go to appliance guy. I can't recommend him enough!
