I have been using Open Sesame for around 10 years and the service has always been good and prices reasonable. Today I had an issue with a faulty part on a previous install. Luis Y. came out within 3 hrs and was done fixing it within 30 mins at no additional costs. He did a great job and was very personable. The bar of my garage door came off the stud and I immediately called and they sent Tommy in the next morning. I have used this company to fix the sensors on my opener and am highly pleased with their work. Tommy came in and assessed the problem.
