They didn't just repair my car—they helped me understand what it truly needed and guided me through purchasing the correct parts. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and perfectionism. They carefully inspected every single part before installation to make sure it was genuinely brand new and not a returned item that had been put back on the shelf. Their work ethic is remarkable. They worked for hours under the intense Las Vegas sun, and one of them even got a sunburn while working, yet neither stopped until everything was done properly. Their commitment to quality and perfection is something you rarely see anymore. What truly sets them apart is their honesty. I had already received and signed a repair estimate from my dealership and was fully prepared to pay that amount. However, Belsin and his father took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and discovered that several items the dealership wanted to replace were completely unnecessary. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, they actually lowered my repair costs by eliminating work that wasn't needed. At the same time, they found a spark plug issue that the dealership had completely missed—something that genuinely needed immediate attention. After hearing their explanation, I sent a video to the dealership manager, who later apologized and agreed to investigate the matter further. At this point, I don't even get something as simple as a transmission service done without consulting Belsin and his father first.
